19AGRO accepts retail and bulk delivery enquiries across India. PIN-code serviceability, freight and timing are confirmed for your location before payment.
Retail orders
Share the delivery pincode or location with the selected product, pack and quantity. 19AGRO will confirm whether delivery is available, the current product price, delivery charge, expected dispatch window and final payable amount.
Bulk orders
Bulk compost starts from the minimum stated on the product page. Freight, packaging, unloading expectations and delivery timing depend on quantity and destination and are quoted separately.
Dispatch and arrival
An enquiry or cart submission is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after availability, final amount, delivery details and payment route are accepted. Timelines are estimates until dispatch; material delays will be communicated using the contact supplied.
When a shipment arrives damaged
Photograph the outer packaging, label and affected material before use. Contact 19AGRO promptly and keep the packaging while the case is reviewed.
