Incorrect or damaged delivery

Before opening or applying the product, photograph the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected material. Contact 19AGRO promptly with the order reference and a short description.

How a case is assessed

We compare the order record, dispatch information and supplied photographs. The appropriate response may be replacement, correction, another practical resolution or a reasoned refusal where the evidence does not support the claim.

Opened or applied material

Material that has been substantially opened, mixed, stored incorrectly or applied cannot generally be returned for resale. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
